Cartes Liquides / Histoires Liquides

This itinerant cartographic project came about after an invitation from philosopher Antoine Devillet and ethnologist and publisher Marin Schaffner (Hydromondes collective), curators of "Agir pour l'eau et les fleuves", a festival taking place at the Espace Culturel Provincial du Delta in Namur from 12 to 15 June 2025. As a response to this invitation, Atelier cartographique started a voyage from Brussels to Namur to collect and format new stories of the waterways of Belgium. Upon arrival some works will be presented from the Buratinas Captains who have been using the Buratinas boat as a residency space on the water for several years.
